Open Puffloon, tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings, and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google account you bought with. The game tells you what came back.

The Starter Pack and the Starlight skin can be restored. Pearl packs are used up when you buy them, so the stores don't keep them for restoring. If you paid for pearls and they never arrived, reopen the game while online and they'll be delivered; if not, email us with your order number.

Tap anywhere to puff upward and let go to drift down. Fly through the gaps between the pillars. Every pillar you pass is a point, and every 25 points takes you to a new world.

After you pop, you can carry on from the same spot with the same score. Watch a short video for one free continue per run, or spend pearls: 100 the first time, then 200, then 400 (up to three a run). After continuing, tap to fly and you're safe for 2 seconds.

Collect them between the pillars, get 1 bonus pearl for every 5 points, claim the daily gift on the home screen, watch up to three videos a day in the Shop for 150 pearls each, or double a run's pearls on the Game Over screen. Pearl packs are also in the Shop.

Starlight is the Legendary skin: a deep-space body with nebula swirls and a constellation, a tiny orbiting star, a stardust trail while you fly and a starburst when you pop. It's a one-time purchase and only changes how Puffloon looks.

Make sure you're signed in to Game Center (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android). Open Records › Leaderboard in the game to sign in. Your best score is sent again after you sign in.

Progress (best score, pearls and skins) is saved on your phone. One-time purchases come back with Restore purchases, but pearls and pearl-bought skins stay on the old phone.

Open Settings from the gear on the home screen and switch off Sound effects or Vibration.

Purchases are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds go through them: on iPhone visit reportaproblem.apple.com, and on Android open Google Play › your profile › Payments & subscriptions › Budget & history.
